On May 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th 2016, 40 students,
specialising in industry, engineering and sustainable development, went to
Germany to put their knowledge into practice.
With
their Technology, English and German teachers, they got the opportunity to visit 4
remarkable sites located around Stuttgart: the Porsche museum, the Mercedes-Benz factory and museum and the Airport.
This
blog aims at presenting what they learnt during the visits, but not
only.
During
their free time in Stuttgart city centre, the students were given a mission.
They had to collect information about 3 aspects of life in Germany: further
education, everyday life and the population’s attitude towards the environment.
They had to communicate in German and in
English, which gave them the opportunity to improve their speaking and listening
skills in those languages.
Finally, this blog will also present you with the
students’ overall impressions about the trip.
We hope
you will enjoy reading these pages.
